The services in this category are all parts of our specialist team of business partners and associates. These services are normally carried in house, however, at times, we carefully manage these tradespersons as part of our project.
All of our sub-contractors are ‘trade friends’ of ours and not just whoever bids with the lowest price to fulfil a particular contract. They understand the way in which we work and the high standards we expect.
We ensure accreditation of the governing bodies are up to date, that the tradespersons have proven competence and the experience to carry out work to the highest level.
Our sub-contractors are part of our team and that is how they perform.
